ANW Virtual Solutions | Last updated September 28, 2026
ANW Virtual Solutions (“ANW,” “we,” “us”) operates goanwvirtualsolutions.com and offers digital products, LLC formation assistance, and information about remote independent contractor opportunities. This Policy explains the personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. It applies to interactions with ANW through our website, orders, service communications, and applications to the extent ANW controls the information. A separate platform you visit may have its own privacy policy.
1 Information we collect
The information depends on how you interact with us. It may include:
Contact and account information: your name, email address, telephone number, mailing or business address, account credentials, communication preferences, and information you provide in messages.
Order and payment information: products viewed or purchased, order history, billing details, payment status, refunds, and related transaction records. Payment providers process card and other payment details; ANW may receive transaction information needed to fulfill an order or resolve a payment issue.
LLC formation information: proposed or existing business name, formation state, business and mailing addresses, registered agent details, owner or organizer names, management information, responsible-party details, identification and tax information when required for a specific filing or EIN assistance, signed authorizations, and documents or corrections you submit. We ask only for information needed for the requested service and may request it through a designated secure process.
Applicant and contractor information: if you apply for a remote opportunity, we may receive your resume, employment history, skills, availability, contact details, assessment or onboarding status, and information you choose to provide. Separate application, background screening, identity verification, and client-program providers may collect additional information under their own notices. If you later enter a contractor relationship, a separate contractor privacy notice or agreement may address additional operational data.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device details, approximate location inferred from your connection, cookies and similar identifiers, pages visited, referral sources, and activity on our store or related tools.
2 Where information comes from
We receive information directly from you; automatically when you use our site; from Shopify and other service providers that support checkout, delivery, analytics, communications, and security; and, where relevant, from government filing systems, application or screening platforms, client-program providers, or other parties you authorize. We may combine these sources as needed to fulfill your request or maintain accurate records.
3 How we use information
We use information to operate and improve the website; process payments and deliver digital products; respond to support requests; prepare, submit, and track formation filings and assist with EIN applications; communicate about an order or service; administer applications and onboarding; detect fraud and secure our systems; comply with legal and recordkeeping duties; and establish or defend legal claims.
We may use shopping and website activity to personalize content and marketing, as described in our cookie and advertising practices below. We do not need a customer’s formation documents or tax identification details to personalize product advertisements. Promotional emails may be stopped through the unsubscribe link; transactional and service messages may still be sent.
4 Formation filings and sensitive information
To perform formation and EIN assistance, we may need to disclose the information required by the relevant state agency or IRS. Government filings and records can become public under the agency’s rules. Please review documents and the public-record implications before authorizing submission. Do not send Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, or identity documents through ordinary email when a secure submission method is available. We may contact you to correct incomplete information, and we retain service records as needed for the purposes explained below.
5 When we disclose information
We may disclose information to Shopify and payment processors; technology, hosting, file delivery, analytics, communications, and customer-support providers; state agencies, the IRS, registered-agent or filing partners when needed for an authorized formation service; application, assessment, identity verification, screening, and client-program providers involved in an opportunity you pursue; and professional advisers or authorities when required for legal, security, or compliance purposes.
We may disclose data in a merger, sale, reorganization, or similar transaction, subject to applicable safeguards. We may also share information when you direct us to do so. Providers may use information under their own privacy notices when they act independently. We do not promise that a third-party site linked from our site has ANW’s privacy practices.
6 Shopify, cookies, and advertising
Our online store is powered by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes information about your visit and purchases to provide the store and certain enhanced features. Shopify and advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits, remember preferences, personalize shopping, and show or measure advertising on other sites. Depending on the applicable law, some of these activities may be considered “sharing,” “sale,” or targeted advertising.
You can manage browser cookies and use the privacy controls available on our website. Where required by law, we honor applicable opt-out requests, including a recognized Global Privacy Control signal for the device and browser that sends it. If the signal can be associated with your Shopify account, it may apply to that account as described in Shopify’s tools. Shopify consumer privacy information and request options are available at https://privacy.shopify.com/en. Some features may work differently when cookies are disabled.
7 Marketing communications
If you sign up for marketing or otherwise permit it, we may email or message you about ANW products and services. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in a message or contact us. Any marketing text messages are subject to the consent and opt-out instructions presented when you enroll. We may still send nonmarketing messages about an order, a filing, an application, or a security issue.
8 Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain records, meet tax or other legal obligations, respond to requests, resolve disputes, and protect our rights. Retention periods vary by the type of record and applicable requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable, subject to legal obligations and backup cycles.
We use administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle, but no transmission or storage method is perfectly secure. Keep account credentials private. Please use a secure method we designate for sensitive filing or identity information and contact us if you believe your information was exposed.
9 Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or sharing. These rights have exceptions. Contact us at support@anwvirtualsolutions.com, or use available website or Shopify privacy controls. We may verify your identity and the authority of anyone acting for you before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. If a request is denied, you may be able to appeal by contacting us.
If Shopify independently controls information used for its enhanced services, you may also use its privacy portal at https://privacy.shopify.com/en. For information held by a third-party application or screening platform independently, contact that provider using its policy.
10 Children
Our website, products, services, and contractor opportunities are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
11 International processing and external links
Some providers may process or store information outside your state or country. Where required, we use appropriate legal protections for international transfers. Our site may contain links to government sites, job platforms, payment services, and other external resources. Their privacy notices apply when you use them.
12 Changes and contact
We may revise this Policy as our services or practices change. We will post the revised version with an updated date and provide any additional notice required by law. If our Terms and Conditions conflict with this Policy concerning the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information, this Policy controls those matters.
