Terms and Conditions

ANW Virtual Solutions | Effective September 28, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from and use of ANW Virtual Solutions websites, digital products, educational resources, and business formation services. They also explain how our public work from home opportunity pages relate to separate contractor arrangements. Please read them before placing an order or using our services.

1 Who we are and how these terms apply

“ANW,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean ANW Virtual Solutions. “You” means a visitor, purchaser, applicant, or person using a product or service. By accessing our site, submitting an order, or using a product or service, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law. If you purchase for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. A product description, checkout disclosure, signed service agreement, or contractor agreement may contain additional terms for that offering. When an additional term directly conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific term governs that offering, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the permission and supervision required by law, to purchase. Provide accurate, current information and keep your contact details up to date. For formation services, you must have authority to provide information about the proposed business, its owners, and its responsible party. You are responsible for reviewing names, addresses, ownership details, and other information we ask you to confirm before filing.

3 Products and permitted use

Our digital catalog may include ebooks, guides, courses, calendars, planners, organizers, worksheets, templates, checklists, vendor resources, and other downloads. Descriptions and included files are those shown for the product at the time of purchase. Images may be previews or mockups. Digital products are provided electronically through a download, email, account, or other delivery method described at checkout.

Unless a particular product expressly grants broader rights, your purchase gives you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the file for your own personal use or for the internal operations of one business you own or manage. You may make reasonable copies for that use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share the download link, post the files publicly, remove ownership notices, or claim the content as your own. Commercial-use, resale, or other special rights apply only when expressly stated for that specific product. ANW retains its intellectual property rights.

Clickable links and typeable fields may depend on the PDF reader or device you use. Save a local copy before entering information. Product examples, templates, and trackers are educational tools; you are responsible for checking details before using them in your business.

4 LLC formation services

Our formation service provides administrative assistance with preparing and submitting LLC formation documents using the information you supply. The current service page lists a $79 ANW service charge plus the applicable state filing fee and describes availability in all 50 states. Your order confirmation or service-specific proposal states the actual charge, state fee, and included services for your order. State fees are charged by the relevant government agency and can change.

ANW reviews information for completeness, but you remain responsible for its accuracy, lawful use of your chosen name, ownership decisions, registered agent selection, and prompt responses to requests for clarification. A state agency decides whether and when to accept a filing; ANW cannot guarantee approval, name availability, a particular completion date, or any tax or liability outcome. Processing times, filing rules, and rejection procedures vary by state. If a filing is rejected, we will tell you what we learn and work with you on the next administrative step within the purchased scope; additional government charges or work outside that scope will be disclosed before you authorize them.

EIN application assistance is included in the currently described LLC package and occurs after the LLC is formed when appropriate. The IRS issues EINs directly at no charge. ANW’s charge is for its administrative services, not a government charge for an EIN. We may need the responsible party to provide or directly confirm information. Issuance and timing are controlled by the IRS.

The current package description also includes the New LLC Starter Kit, The Bold Business Planner, and the Client Experience Power Pack as digital resources. These resources support post-formation planning; they do not replace legal, tax, accounting, licensing, or banking advice.

5 Optional services and ongoing responsibilities

Expedited state processing, registered agent service, and other add-ons are provided only if expressly selected and confirmed for your order. Availability, scope, charges, renewal terms, and any state fees must be disclosed before purchase. A registered agent service, if purchased, is governed by its separate service terms and does not automatically include mail handling beyond official notices, annual report filing, or indefinite service.

After formation, you remain responsible for business licenses, permits, tax registration, annual or periodic reports, renewals, maintaining a registered agent, operating agreements, records, and other ongoing duties unless a separate written service specifically includes them. State and local obligations depend on your business and location.

6 Educational information and professional advice

ANW’s site, guides, templates, and administrative assistance provide general information. ANW is not your law firm, accountant, tax preparer, or financial adviser through a purchase under these Terms, and no attorney-client or other licensed professional relationship is created. We do not choose an entity or tax structure for you or advise on legal rights, tax elections, financing, or regulatory compliance. Consult a qualified professional for advice tailored to your circumstances.

7 Prices, payments, taxes, and order confirmation

Prices appear in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The checkout displays the charges you authorize, including any applicable sales tax, state filing fee, or selected add-on. A listed price may change before an order is placed, but the amount accepted at checkout controls that transaction. You authorize the payment method you provide to be charged for the disclosed order. An order is subject to payment verification and acceptance; we may contact you if information is missing or an item is unavailable. We will not substitute a materially different paid item without your consent.

No recurring charge is created by a one-time purchase. If a particular add-on or future offering has recurring billing, its price, frequency, renewal and cancellation terms must be presented separately and accepted before billing. Contact support@anwvirtualsolutions.com promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.

8 Delivery, access, and support

Digital delivery instructions are sent to the email or account associated with your order. Check your spam folder and contact us if a download is missing or defective. We may provide a replacement link or corrected file when reasonably available. Access to a third-party platform may require an account and is subject to that platform’s terms. We may update or retire product content, but a purchase does not promise lifetime hosting, future editions, or ongoing individual support unless stated in the product description.

For formation services, we communicate about information requests and filing status using the contact details you provide. Your delay in providing required information can delay the work. Do not send Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email; follow the secure submission instructions we provide.

9 Cancellations, refunds, and government fees

Any product-specific refund or cancellation offer disclosed at checkout or in a signed agreement applies to that purchase, together with your rights under applicable law. If you have a problem with a digital file, tell us at support@anwvirtualsolutions.com and describe the issue so we can provide access, a working replacement, or another appropriate remedy. Requests for other digital-product refunds are reviewed under the offer presented at purchase and applicable law.

For a formation order, ask to cancel as soon as possible. We will confirm whether preparation or submission has begun and explain the applicable cancellation and refund treatment under the terms presented at purchase and applicable law. Once a government fee has been paid or a filing submitted, recovery of that fee depends on the agency’s rules; we will pass through any government refund actually received for your order, subject to applicable law. No provision in these Terms limits a statutory refund, chargeback, or consumer right.

10 Third-party sites and resources

Our pages and products may link to government sites, payment providers, file hosts, job application platforms, banks, vendors, and other third parties. They control their own services, fees, policies, and availability. A link or directory listing does not guarantee a third party’s quality, legitimacy, pricing, inventory, or results. Verify current details before relying on a vendor or paying a third party. We are responsible for our own express commitments and cannot control third-party decisions.

11 Work from home opportunities

Our public opportunity pages describe potential independent contractor customer-service programs. An application is not a purchase and does not guarantee acceptance, placement, a particular program, hours, income, or ongoing work. Applicants may have to complete assessments, screening, identity verification, onboarding, or client-specific certification. Any actual contractor relationship, compensation, program rules, equipment requirements, confidentiality duties, and termination terms are governed by a separate written contractor agreement and applicable law. Nothing in a customer purchase creates a work opportunity.

12 Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not use our sites, products, or services to violate law, submit false information, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, interfere with access, scrape at scale without permission, or impersonate ANW or a government agency. ANW names, product content, graphics, and site materials are owned by ANW or their respective licensors. Any use outside the license in Section 3 requires written permission. You retain rights to information you submit; you permit us to use it as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order, respond to you, and comply with law, subject to our Privacy Policy.

13 Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains the collection, use, disclosure, and handling of personal information and controls those matters if it conflicts with these Terms. Order and service messages may be sent to the contact details you provide. Marketing messages are subject to your choices and applicable law. 14 No guarantee of business results

We aim to describe our offerings accurately, but examples, projections, and testimonials do not guarantee revenue, clients, employment, approvals, financing, tax savings, or business success. Your outcomes depend on circumstances outside ANW’s control. To the extent permitted by law, digital educational content is supplied without a promise that it will be error-free or suitable for every specific situation; we remain responsible for the express commitments we make to you.

15 Responsibility and limits

You are responsible for losses caused by information you knowingly provide that is false or by your unlawful misuse of the services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ANW is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, products, or services. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or rights and remedies that law protects. If an offering has a separate written service agreement, its lawful liability terms govern that offering.

16 Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms and post a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise or you agree to a new term; the version in effect when you placed an order governs that order’s core purchase terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. We encourage you to contact us first with any concern so we can try to resolve it.
